1> Senior Systems
Engineer
=====================
Detail:
Will be responsible for understanding and owning whole system
level design to provide complete solution to customers. Will work across
Software, Hardware, RF, Baseband, Audio System and algorithm design,
architecture, simulation and performance analysis.
Engineer may, for example:
- Modify solutions to
match customer requirements
- Provide technical
educational materials to customers
- Work with strategic
business partners on designing solutions
- Will translate
specifications into concrete planning
- 3G
standards analysis, algorithm simulation and analysis, system architecture and
partition specification
- Function as consultant
to other design groups, including SW, ASIC and RF/HW to optimize system design
efforts
- Provide
cross-functional support to product development efforts, from conception
through delivery
- Report progress weekly
to management
Requirements:
- Must have strong CDMA
experience
- Prior phone design
experience
- Minimum 5-10 years
wireless experience
- Strong experience with
product design and specifications
- Solid overall Hardware,
RF, Baseband, Audio, digital and software knowledge
- Expertise in digital
communications and CDMA theory
- Experience in 3G system
design
- Writing system
specifications for hardware, software, and test
2> Digital Analog Hardware
Engineer
============================
Detail:
Qualified digital/analog HW engineers will have a minimum of
3-5 years experience with wireless EValuation Module (EVM) system specification
and design with strong emphasis on digital ASIC (employing ARM & DSP
processors) laboratory verification and evaluation.
Required:
- 3-5
years experience with wireless EValuation Module (EVM) system specification
and design with strong emphasis on digital ASIC (employing ARM & DSP
processors) laboratory verification and evaluation
- EVM
system specification development
- FGPA VHDL design &
debug
- Working knowledge of
mobile Flash, SRAM & SDRAM memory technologies and memory interfaces, JTAG
emulation and ASIC diagnostic SW
- Experience with
schematic capture, PCB layout and signal integrity analysis tools
- Strong CDMA
knowledge
- Excellent communication
skills at a level necessary to both work effectively with and influence
cross-functional teams
- Frequent interaction
with ASIC, Software, RF and Systems engineers
- Good technical writing
discipline
- May
have customer contact and therefore, must be able to present ideas in a clear,
organized manner, even in potentially difficult situations
